Yellowhead Community Services,
along with many other not-for-profit organizations, is faced with the ongoing issue of budget
demands. Many of our programs and services receive annual operational dollars;
however, through our work we become aware of how much more needs to be
done. Our priority is service to community and clients, and we stretch
our resources to meet the needs as best we can.
Donations are very gratefully accepted. We apply general donations toward enhancing and
improving our services to clients and programs including opportunities
for activities, training, and
equipment purchases. Earmarked donations are applied as requested, so
you can direct your donation to a particular program you would like to
support if you so wish. As a
registered charitable organization, we provide a charitable tax receipt
upon request for
donations of $10.00 or more . |

Financial or 'in kind' donations can be made
individually, by groups/organizations, employee groups, or by corporate donors.
Donations made in a family or friend's name will be acknowledged by a gift card
to notify them of your
thoughtfulness.
- 'In Kind' donations have included computers, building supplies, office
equipment/supplies, donated Good Food Boxes, and other useful items.
- Cash donations can be earmarked for a specific
program or left as a general donation for
the discretion of the administrative team.
- Cheques or money orders should be made payable to
Yellowhead Community Services.
If you have any questions about a donation, or if you
want more information on our programs, services or projects, please contact
our office at (250) 674-2600.
