• Manage social media for public and private groups
• Attending meetings, info sessions, and special events
• Assisting the Board Secretary with meeting notes and Agendas
• Filing all documentation in digital form
• Paying bills and tracking accounts; contact with accounting firm
• Update the website directory with new or changed members; website platform Wordpress
• Assist the Board with organization of events such as Job Fairs, Gala, info Sessions
• Manage projects; advertising, grants, maps, shop local
• Manage schedules and calendars for the Board and members
• Maintain relationships with other organizations; BC Chamber of Commerce, District of Clearwater
• Creating content and press releases for local papers and online

The successful candidate will be available to work rotating evening shifts (including weekends) from 15:00 to 19:00.
This is a Casual opportunity. Casual means there is no guaranteed hours and they can range from 0-37.5 hours per week.**
