Requirements

The ideal candidate has:

3 to 5 years’ experience in an office environment
Experience with ICBC and Motor Vehicle services
Working knowledge of regulations and procedures with the ICBC Policy Centre
The ability to focus and pay attention to detail while maintaining a high level of
accuracy
Demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
An understanding of accounting principles and the ability to make sound decision.

Applicants must have experience with a variety of office equipment, be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail. The position will follow the duties and responsibilities outline in the Motor Vehicle/ICBC Clerk job description.

Duties This a permanent part-time 0.60 FTE (up to 21 hours per week) union position. The clerk will be responsible for assisting with Motor Vehicle and ICBC customer service and general office duties as assigned.
