We are pleased to offer an opportunity for an Administrative and Communications Assistant position in our Corporate Services department. This is a temporary full-time role to cover maternity and parental leave. The estimated term for this position is from February 2026 through to March 2027.
Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Services, the successful candidate will assist with the planning and execution of communication strategies, including drafting public notice media releases, social media content, website updates, newsletters, and print publications.
This position also supports special projects, fire services, and cemetery administrative services, and other administrative staff. This position works on a wide range of tasks, from organizing Council meeting materials and responding to public inquiries to managing communications.

Key Duties:
