Yellowhead Community Services is the Trusted Third Party for the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction. YCS is directed by the Ministry to provide assistance to clients who need to submit forms and paperwork to the Ministry. YCS ensures that any paper work that a client needs is sent to the Ministry by fax and mail at no cost to the client. Clients are able to use a public computer at no cost to complete their reports to the Ministry. All private business is held in strict confidence by YCS staff.
